Great Room
Having two living areas offers the ultimate in flexibility and comfort.
The Great Room is bright, spacious and carpeted. There is a luxurious leather suite, a large TV, a Playstation 2 and some
games for your enjoyment. The PS2 also doubles as a DVD player. |

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering holiday.
There is a dishwasher, cooker, double fridge freezer, microwave, waste disposal, electric kettle, coffee-maker and blender (for smoothies!) and all kitchen utensils. Child-friendly cutlery and dishes are provided. |

Family / Dining Room
In the family room there is a comfortable corner suite where you can enjoy the stunning lake views. The dining table can seat up to eight and a high-chair is provided.
There is a ceiling fan, a TV, a DVD player, a music system and double
doors leading out to the covered lanai, deck and large private pool. All
doors leading out to the pool are fitted with child-alarms. You can enjoy
cable on the TV with over 200 channels including all the sport, music,
news and movies you could want. |

Master Bedroom with en suite
The spacious Master Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king-size bed. Plenty of storage space is provided including a large vanity unit and a walk-in closet which is fitted with a safety deposit box. A cot is provided for babies and toddlers.
Bedding is provided in all the bedrooms.
Double doors lead out to the pool and deck area.
The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, bath and separate walk-in shower.
The master bedroom is also equipped with a 20" LCD TV and DVD combo. |

Queen Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a double fitted wardrobe. It is tastefully decorated with an animal theme which continues in the other two bedrooms and bathroom.
The Queen bedroom is also equipped with a 15" LCD TV. |

Bedroom 3
The animal theme continues in the third bedroom which is a twin room. A double fitted wardrobe is provided. |

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is also a twin room. A double fitted wardrobe is
provided as well as a selection of games, toys and books for our younger
guests. |

Bathroom
The animal-themed bathroom is fitted with a wash basin, toilet, bath and shower. Linen is provided. |

| Laundry
A separate laundry room is provided which is equipped with a large capacity automatic washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board. |

Linen and bedding
As you would expect all bedding is provided. There are plenty of towels supplied, including large beach towels for use around the pool. |

Internet
If you can't survive without your computer (even on vacation!) why not bring
your laptop with you. You can enjoy high-speed, wireless internet access
in our home for free to browse the web and catch up with your e-mails. |

|
Restrictions
No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted in the villa under any circumstances. |

make sure you have everything you need for the perfect vacation. |
