Prices on this website are in US dollars. Other currencies are shown as a courtesy and may vary. The actual rate charged may depend on the exchange rate in effect at the time of paying and by payment method. A reservation deposit of or USD $350 or GBP £200 per booking is required. The full rental balance is payable 8-10 weeks prior to the start of your occupancy. For bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to the start of your occupancy, the full rental plus deposit is due immediately. A security deposit of USD $350 or GBP £200 is to be paid with balance and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay if no damages are reported. All taxes included.
If you want to verify our identity before making a payment you are welcome to contact our Management Company, Florida Ideal. You can get their contact details through The Better Business Bureau of Central Florida who have a website.
Discounts All returning guests will automatically receive a discount. Discounted rates are applied for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Please contact us for further details of these discounts. Pool heating and a welcome pack are optional extras - please contact us if they are required. For the comfort and safety of all our guests we maintain a NO SMOKING policy within the villa. We like to offer our customers as many booking and payment options as possible. We are happy to deal with inquiries/bookings by e-mail or telephone and we accept payment through Paypal, credit card and by check.

Once you have made a booking request you'll receive an email from us to explain how to pay online by credit or debit card.
