In our opinion, this peaceful sub-division is Orlando’s best kept secret. Bridgewater at Town Center is a small, quiet and secure residential area containing only 49 homes. Situated on the scenic Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545 just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford, the location is perfect for Disney which is a 10 minute drive away.

You can take the 545 through the beautiful golf resorts of Reunion and Champions Gate or the I-4 is only two minutes away. The I-4 feeds into Disney and also takes you quickly to International Drive, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Wet ‘n Wild.

Close to the entrance of Bridgewater is a gas station with convenience store, take-out food, DVD/video rental and newspapers (US and UK). There is a bank with cashpoint, Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, a Chilis restaurant, a pizzeria, a Chinese restaurant and a 24-hour McDonalds nearby at Champions Gate. There are 2 huge Wal-Mart stores in the area, both within 15 minutes of the villa, one on the HW 27 just north of the 192 and the other at the junction of the Osceola Parkway and Poinciana Boulevard.

The famous Highway 192 is an 8 minute drive, offering hundreds of shops and family restaurants. For some retail therapy the Premium Outlets are just twenty five minutes away while the Belz Factory Outlet, Millenia Mall and the Florida Mall are a thirty five minute drive.
Tampa and Busch Gardens are approximately seventy minutes west on Interstate 4 while Daytona and Cape Canaveral are about an hour away heading east.
